The work we are doing through Covenant Global Ministries is of utmost importance to the Kingdom of God. Recently I was
shown by the Holy Spirit that if the Church of Jesus Christ continues like it is, we will continue to delay the return of Jesus to
get His bride. Man has taken his own ways and methods and programs to develop and operate the Church and this is not
pleasing to the Lord since it violates His perfect plan. It has diminished the effectiveness of the Body of Christ to fulfill His will
on the earth. The Church has been able to do some good and we rejoice that the gospel has reached around the globe, but we
could have been far more fruitful had we done things God’s ways. There must be a concerted effort to go back to God's ways
for His Church.

“There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death.”
                                                                                                   Proverb 14:12

    Covenant Global
Ministries has been raised up by the Spirit of God to help bring the Church into maturity, which means the
Church must be “re-designed according to the original blueprint” Christ intended for it. The divine structure actually looks
quite different than the present-day Church; God's design is simple and dynamic, which results in much fruit to the glory of
Jesus Christ our Lord.

Jesus intended for His Church to be a network of apostolic spheres that cover the globe. II Corinthians 10 is a good study of
the apostolic sphere. The sphere is a spiritual territory, as it were. (Do not confuse the concept of a
spiritual territory with a
physical or geographic one.) This is God’s way of ruling His Church under the specific realms of spiritual authority through men
appointed by Him. We see the apostle Paul operate within his sphere and from this we understand how the divine pattern of
ruling the Church is supposed to operate. The modern-day Church has veered far from this paradigm for the most part. The
organizational model has replaced the simple apostolic model, and the result is a burdensome, fragmented structure laden with
committees, sub-committees, policy manuals, and organizational charts. This system has bred into the Church competition and
jealousy, amidst a climate of political carnality. This is not God’s way. This is man’s way. This must be changed.

The beauty of the apostolic model is that it is simple. God selects men like Timothy and Titus who become like spiritual sons
to th
e apostle Paul. Paul sends them here and there to assist with the work of God within the sphere to which he is called.
Timothy and Titus operating under the apostolic anointing delegated to them from Paul to the pastors and church leaders in the
various churches within Paul’s sphere who are assigned the task of shepherding the sheep of God. These pastors and church
leaders then follow the divine pattern and become to Paul spiritual sons as personal relationships develop. It is important to
understand that this model is predicated upon the strength of the intimate relationship between Paul and these men of God
whom God has chosen to work alongside him. This is how the apostolic sphere is developed. A spiritual father is assigned to
help spiritual sons fulfill the Master Plan of God which includes their individual ministries within the overall apostolic sphere.

Initially we see the apostle preaching and teaching publicly as new territories are taken for the Kingdom of God. But as time
passes things begin to change. Certain ones are raised up and identified as sons. These sons are fivefold ministers.
(Ephesians 4:11) These men then assume the roles of direct ministry to the saints in the Body of Christ within that specific
sphere; the apostle’s role begins to change as the sphere develops. His role becomes a father’s role or a pastoral one to the
other fivefold ministers assigned to his sphere. His work is primarily behind the scenes as a support and counselor and mentor.
This truth is borne out as we see Paul even able to do his most effective ministry while confined as a prisoner, working through
letters and personal emissaries sent on his behalf.

Personally, my own ministry has followed the same evolutionary path. In my initial years of ministry my time was spent in
preaching the gospel to the lost and functioning as a pastor within the context of the local church. But over the past twenty
years or so, more and more of my time has been devoted to helping other fivefold ministers fulfill God’s calling upon their lives.
Now, over 95% of my ministry effort is directed to training ministers, mentoring men and women of God, and holding pastors
conferences and seminars. I will always enjoy the pulpit, preaching and teaching in local churches to the saints of God, but that
is no longer my primary work. My joy is fulfilled when I see my spiritual sons and daughters succeed in their own callings.

Adding to the ranks of Covenant Global
Ministries is not a recruiting effort just designed to increase our membership. Our
aim is to bring the Church into maturity and this is done as we develop real and intimate relationships with fivefold ministers
who possess a kindred spirit with us. Covenant Global
Ministries members are issued licenses and we ordain them as the Spirit
guides, but our aim is not to build Covenant Global
Ministries as an organization, we are here to help the servants of Jesus
Christ succeed in the ministries to which they are called. Our membership will grow in the years ahead as men and women of
God seeking truth realize that the original Church paradigm was the right paradigm and they see it in Covenant Global.

The benefits to being a member of the Covenant Global Ministries family are wonderful:

  1) It is a place of love. The love between a father and a son is a wonderful thing, and that is what you have here.

  2) It is a safe place to be. Under the spiritual covering of an apostle is a good place to be because his anointing provides

yet another layer of shielding from the evil one.

  3) It is a strong place to be. The strength of the personal relationships within an apostolic sphere bolsters confidence

and promotes success.

  4) There is a sense of belonging to a family that God has birthed.

  5) There is always help. You have a father in the faith whose anointing and experience adds to your ability to succeed

      in
your ministry.

  6) There is a sense of godly pride that accompanies being a member of a big family that extends around the world.

  7) You position yourself properly within God’s way of doing things in an apostolic sphere, this results in your pleasing God.
